5、 Precautions for using agate beads
1. According to the viscosity, hardness, and ball mill capacity of the grinding material, disperse the particle size and grinding requirements, and select the corresponding variety, specification, and quantity of agate beads;
2. Before grinding, clean the agate beads and the inner wall of the grinding machine barrel; For general cleaning, please refer to the instruction manual for cleaning methods using clean water or saltwater
3. First, load the material to be ground into the grinder cylinder, and then add an appropriate amount of agate beads. After the grinder is running, gradually add agate beads. The filling quantity can be calculated based on the specific gravity and density of the grinding material. Generally, it is 45% -55% of the volume of the grinding machine cylinder
4. Do not allow Manau beads to run for long periods of time under the condition of material shortage in the grinding machine. Otherwise, Manau beads are prone to breakage in high-speed grinding machines.
5. After running the grinder for a period of time, it is necessary to replenish agate beads appropriately to ensure the quality and efficiency of grinding.
